A great time was had by all when James joined other star chefs to cook for the annual charity gala dinner at Stephen Terry’s The Hardwick in Abergavenny. James provided pudding for over 100 guests at the dinner, which raised funds for the Ty Hapus Charity, which provides respite care and activities for sufferers of dementia.
